COVID Policy


Our offices are closed to the public.  We are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible therefore we will not be able to welcome “drop-ins”.  If you require a meeting we can arrange a face to face appointment (masked of course), a Zoom meeting or a phone call.  Let us know your preference, a couple of dates and times that work for you and we’ll do the rest.


We have several options for you to use when supplying us with your data:

Secure drop box outside our front door, USPS or another delivery service, e mail, fax or a secure portal link.  Please contact Dawn for a secure portal link.


We are scheduling all new client meetings via Zoom.  Generally we schedule these meetings in one hour blocks.
