COVID Policy


For the foreseeable future our offices are closed to the public.  We are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible therefore we will not be able to welcome “drop-ins”.  If you require a meeting we can arrange a face to face appointment (masked of course), a Zoom meeting or a phone call.  Let us know your preference, a couple of dates and times that work for you and we’ll do the rest.


We have several options for you to use when supplying us with your data:

Secure drop box outside our front door, USPS or another delivery service, e mail, fax or a secure Dropbox link.  Please contact Hillary or Stephanie for a private Dropbox link.


We are scheduling all new client meetings via Zoom.  Generally we schedule these meetings in one hour blocks.  The first 15 minutes of a new client meeting is complimentary.  The balance of the time will be billed at the rate that corresponds to our discussion.
